No alcoholic beverages are sold, ordered or shipped through this website. No information on the website constitutes an offer of sale.

When is data processed?

When you contact us: When you write to us of your own accord by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, the name, contact details and message content you share are kept solely to respond to your request and only for that period (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest). Messages sent via WhatsApp and Instagram are also subject to those platforms’ own terms.

When you visit the website: The website is served via the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), our hosting provider. To deliver the page to you and protect it against attacks, technical data such as your IP address and browser information are processed automatically and briefly by this provider (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). As the provider’s servers may be located abroad, this processing constitutes a transfer abroad within the scope of KVKK Art. 9. We do not access these records and no data is shared with any other third party; data may only be shared upon request by authorised public authorities as required by law.

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request its correction or deletion, to know the parties to whom it has been transferred, to object, and to claim compensation for damages.
